We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal property on tours. We are not responsible for delays due to accidents, breakdowns, or adverse traffic and weather conditions on tours. We reserve the right to modify stops, vehicle, visits or activities based on weather conditions, group needs or conditions out of our control. Tours are generally operated by Extranomical Adventures, Inc. although we reserve the right to use other operators and/or subcontractors to operate all and any tours advertised. Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. Cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours before trip departure to get partial refund, or at least 8 days in advance if the reservation includes hotel accommodation. Airport shuttle transfers and Alcatraz Tours are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes are subject to a 10% or $25 fee, whichever is greater. As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, it’s important to be on time. If you are late or miss your scheduled pickup time for the tour please contact our office immediately at 415-357-0700. An alternative pick up location may be arranged at customer expense, subject to availability. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour. No refunds will be issued.
